Hoxton Carpark
We are working with a Client to refurbish and bring to life a derelict car park in Hoxton. The spaces will provide a home to an environmentally driven set of businesses, providing a restaurant, bar and recording studios.




A large outdoor garden will grow all the food produce to be used within the restaurant, enabling visitors to enjoy locally sourced food from this urban garden. All proposed materials are to be reclaimed or recyclable and offer the space texture and warmth, creating an intimate set of spaces.

The Artists House
We were asked to re-interpret the internal layout and deliver a full refurbishment of a double fronted Grade II Listed Georgian Crescent House in South London for a growing creative family.
Segal House
Segal inspired a generation of self builders as well as architects with a socialist architectural approach to building your own home.

The brief was to maximise the space internally, whilst providing a loft and rear extension to increase the footprint of the building.

Adding a rear extension, basement extension, subterranean swimming pool installation and reflective garden studio to an existing house.

A handsome period house situated in South West London, Pier House benefited from a wide plan maximised from a single storey side return and rear extension.
