We hope you are all well and are happy with how the construction work has been conducted at 62 Sunderland Road. We aim to be very respectful of our neighbours and the local environment and we hope this has been evident.

This is to let you know that construction works will begin on the 12th November 2018 with preparation works, including the erection of scaffolding, beginning on the 5th November 2018.
