This early Edwardrian detached house was in need of modernisation and had not been touched for some 40 years. All the original features had been ripped out and so we were handed a blank canvas. The designs convert the building back into a single family dwelling, lowering the ground floor level to open up the head height of the spaces. Three large oversized doors open out onto the garden, framed with corbelled brick piers.
