Midlands Art Centre
We have been working on our first arts project in the studio for the Midland's Arts Centre in Birmingham. We have been working on designs for a phased body of refurbishment projects at the Arts centre, looking to improve the facilities and build on the fantastic arts programme the centre offers.

The first two phases focus on an Arts Studio nestled between two existing elements of the building, looking out onto a sensory garden. The studio has a winged roof and protects a dedicated teaching space that extends into the garden, creating a canopy stretching between the existing buildings.



The ceramics studios are home to a popular 3D Arts programme and the MAC were looking to expand their facilities.
We have been working on designs for the extension of these facilities create to enhance this dynamic teaching area within the Centre.

The last and final phase will be to support changes to the visitor experience elements of the centre and we are excited to share with you designs for this next year.

The Artists House
We were asked to re-interpret the internal layout and deliver a full refurbishment of a double fronted Grade II Listed Georgian Crescent House in South London for a growing creative family.

Mons Cheesemongers is located on Lordship Lane, a prominent food destination in South East London.
The Club House
Fraher are engaging with a local sports club in South East London. This is a community based project to build a new club house to engage with all users.
Haute-Savoie Chalet
An exciting oversea’s project came into the Studio in 2017, restoring a 16th century Alpine Townhouse and attached barn, back to its former glory.
